I created Gratitude in Motion to bring us back to the heart, and to strengthen the mind-body connection in a daily moving meditation practice. It's gentle, graceful, mindful, and yes, QUICK. It's a chance to breathe, to feel your muscles and your heart, and connect body to soul, even when time and space are limited.
