I love November. It’s a time of seasonal shifting, of warm homes and soft light and my favorite holiday, Thanksgiving. Each year at dinner we take turns sharing what we are most grateful for. I relish that moment, when we put aside our insecurity, not-enoughness, and to-dos, and simply choose to lean into feeling grateful and good.
I created Gratitude in Motion- 21 Days of Movement for the Soul both to show my gratitude for you, and to help you honor your own body, which supports you beautifully while housing your heart, soul, and strength. Starting November 21, I will be posting one video a day for 21 days, demonstrating one-minute movement sequences designed to unlock, reflect, heal, and loosen the body. The moves will range from dynamic stretches to dance moves, and everything in between. Call it moving meditation, call it a one minute tune-up, it’s all of those things. It’s what you make it.
